On May 13th 2025 Gabriela Irrazábal, Kerryn Butler-Henderson and Marta Pisano Gonzalez took part in the Health and Wellbeing Lab Symposium at Basaksehir Living Lab in Istanbul. In that occasion Ms. Gabriela Irrazabal presented the Participatory Co-Creation approach in Health Research: The case of the Global Atlas of Literacies for Health (GALH) developed in the framework of the IDEAHL project. Indeed, she received the Best Paper Award for her article “Participatory Co-creation in Health Research: The Case of the Global Atlas of Health Literacies (GALH)” at Symposium.
These living labs are based on the multi-stakeholder collaboration in addressing Health and Wellbeing challenges. Such environment can potentially contribute greatly to some key areas such as cancer research, non-communicable diseases prevention and well-being of children, adolescents and older adults.
